You love your full bust, but not the jiggle in your belly. While performing chest exercises such as pushups may help somewhat with lift, the reality is that weight loss equals fat loss -- and your breasts are filled with fatty tissue.
Dieting and Your Breasts
Much of your breasts are formed from adipose tissue, or fat. As you lose weight, your body will burn stored fat from all over -- and you can't tell it to skip over your bosom, no matter how hard you try. If you're overweight, however, the health benefits of weight loss overshadow any benefit of preserving your breasts -- excess body fat can lead to diabetes and cardiovascular disease, among other illnesses. If you're at a healthy weight and just want to lose a few vanity pounds, you'll need to choose between a larger bust and a smaller dress size.
