How to Do Deep Breathing and Its Advantages
Most of us pay no attention to how we are breathing. It’s just something our body does automatically. But often our breathing is too shallow, which is not good for our health.
Deep breathing should be a part of your everyday life. It will help you live longer as well as make you happier, more productive and energetic.
Proper breathing should be deep, slow, rhythmic and done through the nose, not the mouth. In addition, you must try to breathe deeply into your abdomen, not just your chest.
Deep breaths should last 3 to 5 seconds breathing in and 3 to 5 seconds breathing out.
Deep breathing is also known as diaphragmatic breathing, abdominal breathing, belly breathing and paced respiration.
A good thing about this is that you can do it anywhere at any time and it doesn’t cost anything! Even a short session of 10 minutes of deep breathing 2 or 3 times a day will have a huge impact on your physical and mental health.
With a little effort, deep breathing can become an easy and unconscious part of your daily life. Initially, you need to focus on your breath and soon you will start breathing deeper without having to think about it at all.
How to Do Deep Breathing
Deep breathing is very easy to do and you can learn it easily.
To perform it:
Lie down on your back in a comfortable place free from any kind of distraction.
Put your hands on your abdomen (to feel your way through the exercise) and try to relax your muscles.
Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your abdomen and then filling your lungs with air. Count slowly to 5 as you inhale.
Hold your breath and count to 3.
Exhale slowly through your mouth and empty your lungs completely. Again, count slowly to 5 as you exhale and try to release any tension from your muscles.
Continue to inhale and exhale deeply for 5 to 10 minutes.
Perform this exercise once in the morning and again before going to bed.
Laying down at the beginning is best but you can also do this while sitting. Try to practice once or twice a day, always at the same time, in order to establish a habit.
You can also watch this video to help understand the procedure of diaphragmatic breathing.

10 Things You Need to Know About Your Pancreas
The pancreas is a vital organ, but little is discussed about it compared with heart, liver or brain. It’s the only organ that belongs to both the digestive and endocrine systems, having 2 functions: developing digestive ferments and hormones – insulin and glucagon that regulate blood sugar levels.

Breast Cancer: Don’t Ignore the Early Signs
Breast cancer has become a global problem. In recent years, it’s become the most common cancer among women worldwide. As you’ll see below, judging by the numbers, breast cancer is a dangerous threat we can’t ignore any more. Hundreds of thousands of women are affected every year. Breast cancer is usually noticeable by a lump in the breasts. At that point, you can be sure that something bad is happening there. But if you notice the early symptoms, you have a much better chance of stopping the cancer.
One of the biggest problems with breast cancer is late detection. Many organizations advocate for early detection and diagnosis by trying to raise awareness. That being said, we will list some of the early breast cancer signs, along with some of the later signs. If you have any of the signs, do not ignore them. Instead, schedule a visit to the doctor.
Breast cancer numbers
To give you an idea of how common breast cancer is, here are some of the numbers. Yes, they sound terrifying.
One in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer once in her life.
Breast cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death among women.
According to estimates, 246,660 women in the U.S. are diagnosed with breast cancer every year. Of them, more than 40,000 lose their life.
It’s rare, but men are diagnosed with breast cancer as well. The numbers show more than 2,600 men are diagnosed with breast cancer each year. Of them, more than 400 lose their life.
Every 13 minutes, a woman dies due to breast cancer.
Every 2 minutes, a woman is diagnosed with breast cancer.
Currently, there are almost 3 million breast cancer survivors living in the United States.
In order to be one of the survivors, you need to look for the early signs of breast cancer. Here are some of them:
New moles or strange changes in existing moles.
As soon as you notice a new mole, visit a doctor. According to research, women with moles have a 13% increased risk of breast cancer. So women with moles should be more careful, and they should schedule regular tests and visits to the doctor’s office just so they can detect breast cancer early.
If you have moles all over your body, the moment you notice one of your moles is changing, visit the doctor.
Aches and pains in the breast area
As I mentioned at the beginning, a lump in the breast could be a sign of breast cancer. But before the lump develops, you’ll notice unexplainable pain and aches in the breast area. The moment you feel unusual aches, along with occasional throbbing and discomfort, visit your doctor.
One of the common mistakes women make is they think of this pain as isolated and localized. But breast cancer is not always a full lump; sometimes, there’s no lump at all. Sometimes, there might be just half a lump. Sometimes, it can be just strange-looking skin appearance, accompanied by pain in the chest area. That being said, look for more than one symptom. If they manifest at the same time, it might be a good time to consult your physician.
Hoarse throat and annoying cough
Breast cancer is not an isolated type of cancer. In most cases, breast cancer spreads to the uterus, but it can also spread to the lungs. In the latter case, the result is persistent coughing and a hoarse throat.
And no, that is not your regular cold/flu cough. You’ll notice the difference, as the coughing never stops. Some statistics show that in more than half of the cases, breast cancer spreads to the lungs. The result is shortness of breath, dry cough, and hoarse throat.
Unexplained fatigue and tiredness
Fatigue and tiredness can be symptoms for so many diseases. For example, fatigue is also a symptom of magnesium deficiency. However, if you haven’t done anything to trigger the tiredness and fatigue, it might be time to think about cancer. Yes, you can be fatigued by physical exercises, but if you feel tired without having done any physical exercise, you may have breast cancer.
Why do you feel tired when you have cancer? Cancer causes chemical imbalances in your body. As a result, your body doesn’t have all the chemicals, minerals, and vitamins it needs for proper functioning. On its own, it’s not enough to check with the doctor. However, if you notice it along with other symptoms, check with a physician. Sometimes, breast cancer patients feel tired to the point they can’t get up from bed.
The nipples
Your nipples are one of the best indicators of breast cancer. As with a lump, a change in appearance of the nipples is a very visual early sign of breast cancer. Here are some symptoms you might experience:
Pulling in of your nipple
Itchy, sore, and scaly nipple
Rash on your nipples
Nipple discharge that starts suddenly
Irregular bladder movement
Irregular bowel movement occurs as a result of hormonal and chemical imbalance. Women with breast cancer experience a change in their hormones, and as a result, their urethra dries out and they experience urinary incontinence.
Some of the symptoms that appear due to irregular bladder and bowel movement include leaking of urine while sneezing, coughing or laughing. And women with breast cancer feel the urge to urinate often and frequently. In addition, their urination takes longer.
Back pain
You’re probably wondering how back pain can be an early sign of breast cancer. It’s simple: it has to do with the mechanics of the body. When breast tumors are developing, they put pressure on the ribs and the spine. As a result, you experience upper back pain. But we have differentiate between back pain from herniated disc and spondylitis and breast cancer. For the latter, the pain feels like it comes from deep within the bones.
So you need to be aware of any changes in your upper back, neck, and spinal column. If you notice unexplainable pain in the upper back, it’s time to visit a physician.
With upper back pain, we conclude the early signs of breast cancer. I would also like to share some of the later breast cancer symptoms with you, and explain the difference between cancer types.
Later symptoms of breast cancer
If you ignore the early signs of breast cancer, your cancer will progress and spread. As a result, you’ll experience more severe symptoms and signs, such as:
Visible veins on the breast
Enlarged lymph nodes
Vaginal pain
Orange peel texture on the skin
Enlargement of one breast
Dimpling of the breast surface
Unintentional weight loss
Types of breast cancer
I must stress that not every breast cancer is deadly. There are two categories of breast cancer:
Stage 0 breast cancer, or noninvasive cancer. This type of cancer has not spread from the original tissue.
Stage 1, 2, 3, or 4 cancer, also called invasive cancer. This type of cancer has spread to the surrounding tissues.
Depending on the tissue that has been affected, there are three types of cancer:
Sarcoma: cancer in the connective tissue of the breasts (very rare)
Ductal carcinoma: cancer that forms in the lining of the milk ducts (the most common type of breast cancer)
Lobular carcinoma: cancer in the lobules of the breasts (the area where milk is produced)
Men and breast cancer
Men are also potential breast cancer victims and survivors. While it is rare, it can still occur at any age, although it is more common as men age. One thing to note: men are usually diagnosed with cancer in the later stage of the disease, simply because they don’t regularly check their breasts.
Here are symptoms to watch out for:
Lump in the breast tissue
Nipple discharge
Nipple that turns inward
Thickening of the breast tissue
Unexplained skin irritation, swelling, and redness on the breast

5 Health Warning Signs you Shouldn't Ignore
It's summer. Naturally, our top priorities during this fine season include dabbling in the art of alcoholic popsicle making and spending as much time as possible near a body of water. Any thoughts of winter and along with it, illness, have been banished to a far-away part of our brains. But getting sick in the summer does happen, and while it's easier to brush off symptoms in favor of continued carefreeness, doing so can lead to more pain and even a trip to the E.R. (Who wants that?)
To help us decode our summer aches and pains we chatted with Roshini Raj, M.D., assistant professor of medicine at New York University and founder of Tula Skincare. Cross-check your symptoms below to see whether you just need to book it to bed or check in with your doc.
Tummy Troubles
With all the summer BBQs, picnic potlucks, and rooftop happy hours on the agenda, it's not uncommon to experience some mid-section aches in the form of bloating, nausea, or the not-so-cute ... gas. The best fix is, of course, to avoid overloading on alcohol and fatty foods, but if the pain continues for more than a few days, it could be a sign of acid reflux or irritable bowel syndrome. "Try cutting out caffeine, citrus fruits, and chocolate for a week and see if discomfort subsides. If it does, it is most likely an acid issue, and you should try to avoid foods that can trigger this. Lactose sensitivity can also manifest itself in these symptoms, so cutting out dairy may also help," Raj explains.

8 Things Happy People Do in the First 5 Minutes of Their Day
One of life’s greatest mysteries is happy people in the morning. Most of us don’t get it. They seem to bounce out of bed with bright smiling faces while we’re still blindly grunting for our morning cups of joe. It’s not fair! How do they do it?
Well, it turns out, those delighted smiles aren’t necessarily preordained. Yes, genetics and life circumstances can account for up to 60 percent of variations in happiness, but the remainder is 100 percent up to you!
Even if your default setting is low, positivity is something we can foster in ourselves through our thoughts and actions. Comedian Groucho Marx (who had arguably the grumpiest name on the planet) once said,
"Each morning when I open my eyes I say to myself: I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it."
In honor of Groucho's inspiring declaration, I did some research on what happy people do to get their days off to a cheery start. Each of us can rip a page from their handbook — and become one of the shiny happy people in the process.

5 Ways You Might Be Hurting Your Lady Parts
Vaginas are a lot of work — or at least, that’s how it seems. There’s all the hair removal (if that's what you're into) and period maintenance. Taking care of one is kind of a thankless, messy part-time job. But the vagina is a pretty amazing thing, despite all the maintenance that some of us go through for it. And even though all that work gets old fast, many of us still do it religiously. But should we? The hard truth is that a lot of the stuff we do to our vaginas in the name of hygiene and beauty is unnecessary. In some cases, it’s even dangerous.
Emergency rooms have seen a five-fold increase in lacerations and other vaginal injuries caused by hair removal alone. I know, I know — It's scary. Most of these injuries were caused by shaving. And when you think about it, it’s surprising that those of us who shave haven’t all landed sunny side up on a doctor’s table in the ER. I mean, we’re regularly standing in perilous positions, often in slippery showers, holding sharp razor blades to our lady parts. And that’s just one of the myriad ways in which we’re not being good friends to our vaginas. We also put them through a lot in the name of fashion, sex, and family. Here are some examples of ways we’re damaging our vaginas, with suggestions on how to make nice. Because life is better with a happy vagina.
1. Grooming
Body hair, especially pubic hair, is such a divisive issue, both in terms of feminism and fashion. When I worked at Planned Parenthood, a magical midwife told me that women would save themselves so much heartache if they just trimmed their bikini lines instead of ripping everything out. Skin infections, ingrown hairs, wax burns, chemical burns, nicks and cuts, relentless itching — these are the things you put your lady bits through in the quest for smoothness. Not to mention the occasional "OMG, I hope this is a pimple and not herpes!" You do you, of course, but maybe be a little careful next time you're doing some grooming down under.

6 Things ( You're Not Doing ) You Need to Do Now for Your Health
If you’re into your health, you probably spend a good amount of time reading about the latest superfoods or putting in an effort to make it to the gym. Maybe you load up on green smoothies, take your multivitamins daily, brush your teeth every night, and wash your face every morning. But is all of that enough?
There are so many components to a healthy life, and it can be hard to keep track of them all. With the help of various nutritionists, physical trainers, doctors, and wellness coaches, we have come up with a list of six things you’re probably not doing for your health that you should start doing now.
Get More Vitamin D
“No matter who you are or where you live, there is a strong chance that you’re not getting enough vitamin D3,” says Traci D. Mitchell, a nutrition coach and personal trainer. “Vitamin D3 helps with calcium absorption, but it also works wonders at maintaining optimal health, from cancer protection to keeping the common cold at bay.” Aside from the sun, vitamin D can be found in mushrooms, salmon, and fortified milk and orange juice. You can also take supplements to boost your levels of this disease-fighting vitamin to prevent your risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
Improve Your Brain Health
Playing Sudoku or doing a crossword puzzle isn’t just for entertainment, as keeping your brain active is a vital part of overall health. In addition to training your brain through problem solving and memory games, you should also establish good brain health habits like eating healthy monounsaturated fatty acids, staying active and exercising to reduce stress and tension, suggests Dr. Deborah Yurgelun-Todd, a professor of psychiatry at The Brain Institute at The University of Utah. “There’s also a powerful, well-researched supplement solution called citicoline, which is already naturally produced in the brain,” she says. “It plays a major role in healthy brain function – especially when it comes to boosting memory and concentration.”

How to Tell If You're Normal Down There
Right there among life's great questions, like "Is there an afterlife?" and "Why did I have to memorize the annual agricultural output of Nebraska in middle school?" lies perhaps the most daunting, most pressing question of them all: "Is my vagina normal?" Well, you can stop worrying, because the answer is yes — and no. See, there is not really any such thing as a normal vagina. Like the leprechaun or the CHUD, the idea of there being one kind of "normal vagina" is a total myth.
Despite the things you may have seen in porn or heard from some of your more weirdly judgmental friends, vaginas — a term which people often use to refer to both the internal vagina itself and the vulva, the set of external genitals that includes the clitoris and the labia — come in an IKEA's worth of sizes, shapes, colors, and other physical variations. However wrinkly or smooth or flappy or bumpy your vagina is, it is a normal vagina.
However, since so many of us have been taught that an healthy or attractive vulva looks a very specific way — short, thin inner labia that don't protrude, with a small, visible clitoris, light-toned skin, and a lack of vaginal discharge — it can be easy to get worried that a partner won't find your junk attractive ... or even worse, that you're having a health problem just because your Georgia O'Keefe doesn't look like all the vaginas you keep seeing on Tumblr.
Odds are that your vagina is A-OK. But just to give you some piece of mind, here's our guide to the different shapes and sizes vaginas and vulvas can come in (as well as a few signs that things are actually not well down below). Are you ready? People, let's learn about our fun-caves!

7 Vaginal Hygiene Mistakes
We at Bustle love giving you tips for how to tap into your sexual potential and troubleshoot when things aren’t going your way in the bedroom. But what about finding solutions to those stressful sexual health situations that inevitably crop up when you’re getting down? Emma Kaywin, a Brooklyn-based sexual health writer and activist, is here to calm your nerves and answer your questions. No gender, sexual orientation, or question is off limits, and all questions will remain anonymous. Please send your questions to tips@bustle.com. This week’s topic: vaginal hygiene.
Q: I'm a full-grown woman, but I'm embarrassed to say that I still don't really understand how to maintain vaginal cleanliness. How often do I have to clean down there, and with what? Are there things I shouldn't be doing or using? Sometimes I feel like when I've gotten a yeast infection, the culprit is some product I'm using, or maybe some way I'm washing, but I've honestly never looked into it. Tell me how to keep my vagina clean, please!
A: Practicing vaginal hygiene is definitely important for the overall health of humans who have them. The good news is that vaginas are self-cleaning. Where things get more complicated is that there are so many products out there saying otherwise — that we need to change the smell of our vaginas, or somehow alter their natural states. This is not only a low-down marketing ploy, but it can also cause some pretty unpleasant side effects, which (not to speak on its behalf but ...) your pussy will not like. All au naturale rants aside, how do you make sure your special parts stay as healthy as possible? Here are the big mistakes to avoid.
7 Vaginal Hygiene Mistakes You Might Be Making
1. You're Wiping Back To Front
Here's hoping that someone in your life told you early on to wipe front to back. But if you missed the memo, learn this practice right now. Why? Your vagina and butt both have bacteria living in them, all of which are important to the overall functioning of those areas, but separately. The bacteria in your vagina are not the same as the ones in your butt. You do not want to get butt bacteria in your pussy! It can cause all sorts of problems, which I'll get into below. The same goes for if you’re playing around in both of those areas sexually — assign a hand to each, or wash your hands / naughty bits / toys between sessions.

12 Things That Improve Your Chances of Orgasms
While sex is fun, most of us are going into it with a particular goal in mind — and that very goal is all too often evasive. Why is it that we can easily get off one day and can't orgasm during sex the next? It turns out, a lot of what may be blocking your ability to achieve an orgasm has to do with what's going on in your head. Whether we're spending too much time thinking about (or even obsessing) about that orgasm, or stressing about any other part of our day, that's not going to help us get there. How can we enjoy the journey if we spend our whole time obsessing about the destination?
The best way to have an orgasm is probably to stop thinking about whether we're going to have one. Same goes for a partner who asks “did you come yet?”. It’s not just annoying, but the pressure to orgasm can actually have a counteractive effect. How rude.
But that's not all. There's a lot standing in the way of our orgasms, and we consulted the experts to figure out exactly what we can do to make it to the finish line without any more of these distractions.
1. Trying too hard
When you chase your orgasm you’re no longer in the moment, or in your body. "When you get caught up in anticipation (or worse, apprehension), you bring tension and stress into the body, the opposite of your desired outcome," says "sex geek", writer and activist Katrina "Rainsong" Messenger of The Good Love Project. Surrender is a part of orgasm, so just let go as much as possible.

7 Health Symptoms Women Should Never Ignore
A lady’s got to take care of herself. You know to exercise, go to the Ob/Gyn each year, and check yourself for funky moles and skin marks that might be pre-cancerous. But there are many other health symptoms that occur relatively commonly amongst women that should be considered red flags. We’ve compiled a list of seven health symptoms that, if you’re experiencing, you don’t want to ignore, as they could potentially be indicative of a greater problem developing.
You and your health are way too precious to take lightly.
Thinning Hair
“Everyone loses hair each day,” explains dermatologist Debra Price. In fact, according to the American Hair Loss Council, people lose 100-125 hairs on average daily (but you’re also naturally replacing them each day, so don’t panic!). And since we tend to notice the hair coming out mostly when we brush our hair, wash it or run our fingers through it, sometimes it’s a little concerning to see all that hair come out at once. But that tends to be normal.
However, if you’re noticing more hair loss than usual, seeing thinning at the scalp or a marked decrease in thickness when you pull your hair up in a pony, something else may be going on.
Dr. Price explains, “when people experience increased hair loss, it can sometimes be a sign of stress, illness, anemia or thyroid disease.”
Extra hair loss is not always a sign of a serious condition. It can be caused by nutrient deficiencies, severe physical or emotional stress and hormonal changes such as pregnancy, menopause or going on or off of birth control medication.
If you’re experiencing extra hair loss you should see your doctor. Dr. Price recommends booking an appointment with your dermatologist, who can do blood work and evaluate if you’re experiencing possible hereditary hair thinning, or if it’s linked to a serious systemic problem that needs to be addressed. He or she can also help prescribe treatments to not only help improve the hair loss, but also get to the root of the problem.
Unwanted Body + Facial Hair
It’s fairly common for women to have a little peach-fuzz situation on their bodies and faces (and it can easily be waxed or treated with a cream if it bothers you).
But if you’ve noticed that you’re starting to experience an increasing amount of hair growth on your body or face, it can be a sign of a more serious health issue. “This is most likely being caused by a condition known as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome,” explains holistic health coach Nicole Jardim.

11 Books that'll Make You Fall in Love with Reading
There’s something just plain magical about finding a genuinely fantastic book. The book you can’t put down, the one you stay up half the night reading, the book experience you can’t wait to talk about with your friend who is hopefully as equally obsessed with the story and characters as you are. The one that, once you finish, leaves you devastated (in the best way, of course).
Once you know true book love, your whole life changes. Because immediately after you finish one spectacular book, you’ll want more. More books, more genres, more authors to discover. You’ll wonder why you haven’t been reading your entire life. Your bookshelves will start to overflow and groan under the weight of other people’s stories. Your library card will become worn down and faded with use. You will spend hours and hours reading alright-but-kind-of-mediocre books your sister recommended, only to find them lacking. But once you find the next amazing book, the one that makes you want to skip work or school so you can read one more chapter, it’s so, so worth it.
Get ready to fall in love with the following books. And remember, once you finish this list of truly wonderful titles, there are plenty more where that came from.

14 Books Every Woman Should Read as an Adult
It's summer, school's out forever, and you never want to touch another college reading list again. I get it. I absolutely get it. There's nothing quite like "assigned reading" to really kill a person's love of literature, and there's nothing quite like being tested on a book to make you forget how to read for pleasure.
Reading is both de-emphasized and wrongly emphasized in college classrooms. It's rare to feel excited about any book when you're slogging through an Intro to English Lit class only because it's a box you have to check off before you graduate. The reading lists in most English classes are simply too long — if you don't fall behind on reading by week three, you're some sort of mutant — and both the relentless pace of assignments and the lukewarm classroom analysis from your peers turn reading into a total chore. It's really hard to love reading in college. There's no point in denying it.
The real tragedy is that people graduate from college and never pick up a classic novel again, because a) they had a terrible time reading it and b) they feel like there's no need. After all, they technically finished Madame Bovary, despite their heavy reliance on SparkNotes and late-night skimming. So what's the point in reading it again?
Before you throw away your battered stacks of used college novels, hang on to a few of the really good ones. After all, they're more than just fodder for cocktail-hour conversations — they're brilliant life textbooks. Who needs What Color Is Your Parachute? when you can learn everything you need to know about how not to be a terrifying sociopath by reading a little Camus, a little O'Connor?
(Please note: This list can't help but be ridiculously incomplete, and should not be used as a substitute for the entire canon of world literature.)

7 Effective Tips to Get Rid of Cellulite Fast
It is believed that tanning tends to make your cellulite appear less noticeable. However, when the tan fades, it makes your cellulite worse.
Moreover, there are certain surgical and machine treatments for cellulite that are neither safe nor effective. So, here are 7 tips and tricks to help you reduce cellulite safely.
1. Massage
Massaging boosts the circulatory and lymphatic system. Thus, you can try a cellulite reduction massage by way of finger kneading and hand kneading. Besides, you can go for the knuckle massage with your fists to help break up the fat deposits. Make sure you end the massage with heavy strokes moving upwards.
2. Body Brushing
Brushing and massaging the skin with a soft brush can help improve circulation, boost lymph drainage, and hence, heal cellulite. You can do this dry brushing before taking your shower, about three times in a week. Apart from improving cellulite, dry brushing shall also slough off dry skin and open up the pores. However, if you have dry, sensitive skin, then you may use the brush during your bath or shower. Consider using a medium-stiff shower brush for this purpose. It is suggested to use gentle, upward (towards the heart), circular movements rather than harsh strokes as they can break the blood vessels.
3. Homemade Coffee Body Wrap
Make a homemade body wrap for cellulite treatment by mixing a little extra virgin olive oil in half a cup of ground coffee and heating the mixture in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Spread this recipe on the affected areas and then wrap a plastic wrap around it.To make this remedy more effective, you may put moist seaweed strips and wrap with a cellophane sheet instead of the plastic wrap. After 20-30 minutes, remove the wrap and rinse the area with warm water. Simply massaging the area with warm coffee grounds left behind after brewing coffee is also useful.
4. Lemon and Honey Cellulite Body Wrap
Another similar method involves using a combination of the juice of half a lemon, two tablespoons of salt (preferably, sea salt), and five tablespoons of honey. You may add also grate the lemon rind and add it in the recipe. Leave this mixture on the affected area for about 15-20 minutes before washing it off. Make sure you exfoliate your skin before applying body wraps.
5. Cellulite Reducing Baths
Take a cellulite reducing mineral salt bath to eliminate cellulite and fat deposits from your body. For instance, you can add about two cups of sea salt in bath tub filled with warm water and soak in it for about 20 minutes. After the bath, you may wrap yourself in thick layers of clothing for the next half an hour to sweat out toxins. Besides, you can take a detoxifying seaweed bath once a week.
6. Ginkgo Biloba
Ginkgo Biloba is a wonderful medicinal herb that improves blood circulation, stimulates the metabolism, and burns fat. Hence, it aids in natural treatment for cellulite. So, you can take dried ginkgo biloba extract. Herbs like sweet clover and Indian chestnut are also considered beneficial in this regard.
7. Laser Treatment
Use of laser and unipolar radiofrequency treatments are also gaining popularity for getting rid of cellulite. The latter may be combined with tissue massage, too. Before opting for these serious therapies though, it is recommended to do a thorough research and consider the pros and cons beforehand.
Tips to Prevent Cellulite
Cellulite can be caused by a number of factors. Nevertheless, reducing fat content in the cells shall help a great deal in preventing or at least reducing the appearance of cellulite. Thus, take a healthy and well balanced diet.Preferably, include more bright-colored, antioxidant-rich foods in your diet as antioxidants help improve micro-circulation. In addition, foods rich in essential fatty acids (for example, nuts and seeds) strengthen the connective tissues.
Engage in physical activity and exercise regularly. Try running, cycling, etc. or opt for intense cardio workouts. You can learn some cellulite-reducing exercises from here. Fluid retention as well as dehydration make cellulite appear worse. Thus, it is suggested to avoid both the conditions.

Amazing Home Remedies For Teeth Whitening
People all over the world keep obsessed by the color of their teeth,so they keep looking for ways to Whiten their teeth rapidly. To be honest, I’m one of them. Yet, after years of research, I came up to the conclusion that the natural way is the best one.
1. Baking Soda and Lemon Juice
Sodium bicarbonate is mildly abrasive; gently washing and scrubbing away teeth surface stains to give you back the natural color and shade. Sodium is known to contain a lot of alkaline which is the opposite of acidic nutrients, so I would recommend if you have a very acidic mouth or eat a lot of acidic food, it will help balance out the Ph. It will also reduce the acidity of the lemon juice, which acts as a natural bleach of sorts
2. Teeth-saving Snacks
Snack on saliva-producing foods like apples, pears, strawberries, celery and carrots,” says Thomas Connelly, DDS, a New York City cosmetic dentist. The additional saliva they produce helps remove bacteria from your mouth and whiten your teeth.
3. Coconut Oil Rinse
Rinsing your mouth with coconut oil (called ‘oil pulling’) is a special remedy that people experienced and it helped them to whiten their teeth. The lauric acid in coconut oil can rid your teeth of bacteria found in plaque that can make them yellow. It is also supposed to promote gum health, and help keep your breath fresh.
4. Vegetables Greens
Load up on spinach and other dark green veggies, like broccoli and kale. These leafy greens contain a mineral compound which produces a film that covers teeth and protects against stains.
5. Lemon
The bleaching property present in lemons can also help get rid of yellow discoloration. In fact, gargling with lemon juice and scrubbing your teeth with lemon peel is one of the best ways to make your teeth white again.
Mix together a few drops of lemon juice and some salt.
Apply the mixture on the stained teeth and rub the paste vigorously over your teeth and gums. Leave it on for a few minutes and then rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.
Do this twice daily for about two weeks to get rid of tartar and the yellow tinge.
